  Worst experience I ever had with online shopping! I ordered a pair of shoes in November. My package arrived only two weeks after, even if they said on their internet site, that it would take 5 to 6 days to arrive. I opened the package and I realized that they have send me the wrong item.

  Support is awful! They almost never reply. Moreover, they sell stuff that they don't have. I waited 3 months for an order that never came and I was forced to it. Not even an apology!

  Cannot say anything bad about my purchase. It was fast and without issues. But after i needed refund and any attempt to contact them was just pain in the ass. Difficult to find contact form, impossible answer they emails and the link for contact them in email is just link to your account where is no access to send message. Desperate and after that no answer so i tried it again and again and apparently few messages disappeared because of this messy system ,so i had to explain my problem few times and without big success.

  I wish I would have read these reviews first. If this is any indication of how Spanish companies operate, it is no wonder Spain's economy is so depressed. My shipment arrived 35 days after I ordered it and was the completely wrong product. I ordered a black bike saddle and received a white one of inferior quality (completely different model valued at less than half the price of the one I purchased). I have logged 3 tickets with the support and returns department, sent 10+ emails, and contacted them by chat. There responses seem automated and in no way address my concerns. If not an outright scam, this is the worst company I have done business with in years. I will have to resort to calling my credit card to get a refund.

  fully the worst online shopping experience ever. Sent faulty items that arrived a month after ordering only to take another month to send back and I’m still wayfjr a refund! I will never ever ever use this company again.
