  I live on the east coast of USA. I ordered a couple things from them. It takes time to ship from Europe to America. So if you are okay with the wait, their price is amazing.

  I made quite an extensive order at this shop. They poorly separated the goods in the box resulting in a damaged product that I received. I requested a discount or exchange of the order. They told me to send it back and so I did. Then they stopped to communicate with me. Even though I was repetitively requesting an exchange of the order (because I have already paid the duty and a processing fees), they sent me my money back after 2 months of ignoring my requests. I lost my money that I paid to the duty office and of course money due to the exchange rate. In addition, I still have to buy the product I need somewhere else. It seems that they offer their product for competitive prices but be aware of the fact that the prices on their web are without the VAT! When you add the VAT, the prices are not anymore so good. Keep far far away from this shop. A good customer service is much more worth than a bit better final price. It cost me hours to argue with them. It is definitely not worth it.

  Please don't waste your time. If you want to take a chance to save a few dollars like many of us, then understand that you may never get your item or it will arrive incorrectly. The order tracking is pathetic and the customer service could not be worse. If you are used to ordering from backcountry or moosejaw or rei, this experience is a joke. Never again.

  I bought sports gear a month ago, it never came. And the communication process is real pain, it took me 3 weeks and tens of mails to convince them there is a problem with the delivery. Finally they accepted they sent it wrong country, however I ve got no refund no package. Customer service is beyond your imagination, terrible is not enough. Actually what they do is fraud but they take advantage of the legal system. Stay away from them!

  Great pricing. I ordered during just before the Christmas rush so my order could have been caught up in the overload but it took a long time to get here. The tracking of your order is difficult, it took a degree in sleuthing to finally track it down. The customer service is shocking there is not option for free conversation, everything is drop down box, and the responses are form written. I have recently returned the item I purchased and anxiously waiting to hear if I will ever see the refund.
